Our Staff

Tom has been in the automotive field for 40 plus years. He is our Service Manager and Service Writer for HiTEC, and graduated from Northwestern Business College with his degree in Auto/Diesel Technology. Tom is and always has been a reliable man to have on the team, he even received a perfect attendance award while obtaining his degree! Additionally, he is ASE Master Certified and all up to date in his training through 2022 and 2024. Tom specializes in diagnostics and electrical repairs; and he can't wait to serve you!

Traci started at Hi-T.E.C. Automotive in November of 2000. In addition to her years at the shop, she carries a wealth of experience that includes: Training in Office Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Retail Management, Mohr Retail RSL Training in Chicago, NAPA, and ACDelco.

Playing an instumental role in the day-to-day shop activities, Traci is one of the first points of contact you'll have at Hi-T.E.C. Automotive. Traci greets you when you come into the shop, assists with appointments, answers the phone, handles account payables and receivables, and takes care of customer service and marketing.

Traci has implemented many ideas for the company. She enjoys working with the public and enjoys people. Most of all, Traci loves the small rural area of Darke County where Hi-T.E.C. is located.

Gracie is Tom and Traci's Yorkshire Terrier. She greets everyone who comes into the shop and has been putting smiles on customer faces at Hi-T.E.C. Automotive for 11 years. She loves to see you and greet you, and she hates it when you leave!
